The University of North Texas Interdisciplinary Research Building is a research facility used by two area academic institutions, the UNT Health Science System and Texas Christian University.

The research building consists of a vivarium, laboratory, classrooms, lecture halls and facility space. To achieve industry-leading energy efficiency, the facility uses Phoenix Lab controls, Chilled Beam technology and Aircuity Monitoring.
