The Texas A&M University Chemistry Building underwent a significant renovation to provide multiple up-to-date laboratories. During construction, the third and fourth floors and some specialty rooms had to remain operational, which presented a unique challenge. Precise coordination and logistics were necessary to limit the number and length of shutdowns.
