Laboratory infrastructure relies heavily on extensive mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems, contain fume hoods, toxic and hazardous chemicals, cleanrooms, waste neutralization, lab gases and ultrapure water. Integrating these systems relies heavily on fully coordinating the BIM model. We have significant 3D design capabilities that allow us to develop a fully coordinated facility.

Considerations for safety include toxic and flammable chemicals. We deliver high-quality installations, fully understanding the safety of the lab technicians is paramount.

Large energy consuming outside and exhaust air systems are required to properly ventilate the spaces. We emphasize design solutions for energy reclamation to reduce this consumption. Ventilation rates can also be optimized through monitoring of airborne contaminants. Collaboration with contaminant monitoring systems that interface with the HVAC controls can further reduce energy consumption.

Biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities are extremely complex and exacting.
